Senior AWS Cloud Business Analyst

• Work with the AWS team and stakeholders to gather business and user requirements against the clear objectives articulated for the AWS development project(s).
• Write, Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes.
• Develop and update “As-Is” and “To-Be” documentation and other required requirements documentation.
• Execute Business Process Modelling (BPM).
• Execute Brainstorming and context diagramming with technical team members, system users, and other stakeholders.
• Work with developers and testers to write use cases.
• Facilitate working sessions with technical team and/or stakeholders to understand gaps and requirements.

• Apply analytical techniques to gather information from users, define work problems, and design technology solutions.

• Extensive knowledge in eliciting and writing requirements documentation.
• Experience working in an AWS Cloud environment and an understanding of AWS native tools.
• Proven work experience as a business analysis.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis and requirements documentation.
• Able to work in a technical environment (AWS Cloud, Angular, familiar with concepts like hashing and encryption)
• Intermediate to Expert user of Microsoft Office to include MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
• UI/UX design experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
