About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager, who will playa crucial role in enhancing our marketing, sales, and customer service efforts. In this position, you will be the backbone of our HubSpot environment, leveraging its full suite of tools to streamline processes, optimize customer interactions, and drive business growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in defining operational efficacy, and ensuring our teams utilize the Sales tech stack to its maximum potential. - Lead Blumira’s CRM system (Hubspot) across the sales org and work closely with all internal stakeholders to ensure data and operational cohesivity across the organization
- HubSpot Configuration and Management: Configure and manage the HubSpot platform to align with our business goals and processes
- Sales Activity Support Automation: Assist automation workflows to improve sales engagement, action triggering, and prospecting
- CRM Optimization: Ensure our CRM processes in HubSpot are streamlined for maximum efficiency and effectiveness in tracking customer interactions and sales processes
- Data Analysis and Reporting across multiple tools: Utilize the sales stack tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and provide actionable insights
- Leading the delivery of consistently high quality data: including delivering documentation on expected standards and delivering to teams
- Responsible for the development and implementation of new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations
- Integrations and API Management: Oversee the integration of HubSpot with other tools and systems, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality
- Work with marketing & sales leadership to isolate opportunities within the user base
- Remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources in order to assist the sales team in accomplishing company goals
- Support the delivery of sales forecasts and sales activity reports.

Role Expectations
- Experienced in HubSpot: You have extensive experience in configuring and managing the HubSpot platform, with a deep understanding of its capabilities
- Analytical and Data-Driven: You have a strong ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Effective Communicator: You possess strong communication skills, able to provide clear instructions and support to team members
- Detail-Oriented: You pay close attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of systems management
- Proactive Problem-Solver: You are proactive in identifying issues and opportunities within the operations workflow and capable of developing effective solutions
- Team Player: You work well collaboratively, understanding the importance of integrating the sales and marketing tech stack across various departments for optimal results
- Results Orientation – Makes fact based decisions and follows through to completion, analyses and uses data to support the achievement of sales and marketing goals
About You
- 4+ years in Sales Operations
- Extensive experience using data management, CRM and marketing automation technologies to execute and track marketing effectiveness: Hubspot experience required
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently and effectively manage and execute multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced timeline-driven environment
- Detailed, organized and results driven
- Ability to take initiative, be innovative and creatively solve problems
- Ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships
- Previous experience in early stage startups is preferred
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in the SaaS Security space
