About The Role
As an Onboarding Consultant you will work with our mid market and franchise customers to implement Voxie’s intelligent SMS platform. You’ll leverage deep knowledge of Voxie’s solutions, a strong commitment to customer experience, and project management skills to ensure a seamless client implementation and set the foundation for a successful long-term partnership.
In this role you'll have the opportunity to lead onboarding projects, collaborate with customers to build workflows, influence processes and partner internally to better the client experience.
What You Will Do
- Proactively manage the implementation process from end-to-end to achieve customers'/Voxie’s target timelines and goals
- Deeply understand your customer’s use cases/pain points and align them to Voxie’s solutions
- Define, document, and communicate customer workflows, including SMS copy/strategy, compliance best practices, integration needs, Voxie technical workflows and more
- Maintain customer records by updating account information, meeting notes, and task status using project management tools and methodologies
- Communicate technical requirements and timelines to various internal/external departments and potentially with multiple third-party vendors to ensure project progress
- Partner with our data team to ensure client ROI and satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to effectively drive adoption of solutions and identify opportunities for future expansion
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to ensure seamless hand-offs
- Collaborate internally with key stakeholders to improve product offerings, troubleshoot customer issues, and provide feedback on product enhancements
- Play a key role in the development and documentation of processes and best practices
What You Will Need
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in an implementation, onboarding, project management, and/or consulting role
- Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all milestones and goals are met on time.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of customer needs and pain points, with the ability to align these with Voxie’s solutions effectively.
- Technical Acumen: Proficiency in understanding and communicating technical requirements, including integration needs (APIs and webhooks) and compliance best practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain robust relationships with key customer stakeholders and internal teams.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining customer records, documenting workflows, and updating project management tools.
- Collaborative Nature: Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to work with data teams to analyze client ROI and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Aptitude for developing and documenting processes and best practices to enhance product offerings and customer experiences.
- Drive and Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive projects forward without direct supervision.

- Prior experience at an early-stage SaaS business
- Strategic mindset with experience in marketing technology, SMS for consumer communications, or email/digital marketing to act as a partner and enable customers to scale and grow with Voxie
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000 inclusive of base and bonus.
