EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO - EL SEGUNDO, CA 


As an Executive Assistant (EA) for the Office of the CEO, you will play a critical role in providing high-level administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and facilitating the achievement of strategic objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Executive Support: Assist the CEO comprehensively, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
  • Calendar and Schedule Management: Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and confirming meetings.
  • Communication Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication.
  • Administrative Duties: Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents; prepare meeting agendas and take minutes.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the CEO.
  • Office and Event Management: Oversee the organization of company events, meetings, and manage office supplies and services.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining professionalism and integrity.
  • Ad Hoc Projects and Tasks: Undertake special projects and tasks assigned by the CEO, adapting to the dynamic start-up environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 8+ years work experience as an executive assistant supporting C-Level Executive
  • AA or BA degree or equivalent
  • Business acumen
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
