Alliance Manager, Legal & Insurance
REMOTE About the Role: As an Alliance Manager, Legal & Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in the team responsible for owning, building, and developing our alliance and partnership ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include supporting the team in new partner recruitment and engagement, business planning, and enablement of resources to drive sales revenue and future growth.To be successful in this role, you'll need to maintain a strong reputation as a reliable partner and approved vendor for all cyber-related services.
You should be passionate about reporting accuracy, evangelizing company products, recognizing strategic growth opportunities, driving new solutions, following internal processes, and crafting effective marketing tactics with industry partners. Responsibilities:
- Clearly articulate and promote the company’s unique value proposition and solutions aligned with partner offerings
- Identify, establish, manage alliance opportunities
- Foster and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the legal and insurance sector
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive enablement programs, thought leadership, and communications
- Track and report on alliance performance metrics and regularly communicate progress
- Manage lead lifecycle and internal processes to ensure timely response and meeting of deadlines
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that contractual obligations are met and alliance initiatives are successfully implemented
- Continuously monitor industry trends and provide insights to assist in shaping alliance strategies
- Assist with organizing and attending events, conducting webinars, and leading conference calls
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% to partner and customer locations
- Occasional after hours availability for contracts and execution
Technologies:
- Understand the fundamentals of the products and services Pondurance offers and the support structure to effectively communicate our value proposition
- Salesforce: Maintain accurate partner and opportunity records
- Pact Safe: for signatures/ counter
Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience with cybersecurity: particularly MDR, Cyber Advisory, and Incident Response
- Proven track record within Legal, Cyber Insurance, and Cyber Brokerage (preferred)
- Significant experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail; particularly thorough when reading contracts, agreements, and written communication
- Project or Product Management experience (preferred)
- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate ease in presenting ideas and doing so in a dynamic manner with a communication style that facilitates open exchange and is adapted to both audience and context.
- Analytical Thinking: Break down the fundamental components of a problem or situation, examine the relationship between them, verify all pertinent facts and draw an appropriate conclusion.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify problems, determine cause and effect, and propose solutions using new approaches or an innovative point of view.
