Position Highlights:

What you’ll Do:
Sell premium luxury items at unbeatable prices, offer exceptional relationship-based service to our clients, meet performance goals, and attend all training sessions.
Training & Part-Time Schedule:
- Weeks 1-2: On-site training (9:00 am-5:30pm CST, Monday thru Friday)
- Weeks 3+: Option to work in-office or work from home (contingent on meeting department key performance indicators (KPI) standards and management approval) In-office dress code is business casual.
- Work Schedule Options: Monday – Sunday (work at least 4 out of 5 days, up to 25 hours, must include one weekend day)
- Hours of Operation: Monday– Saturday 7:00a-10:00p and Sunday’s 8:00a-9:00p
Compensation:
Our
12-Week Training Bridge Program is designed to seamlessly transition you into your new role. During this comprehensive program, you will receive commission + a base salary, provided department key performance indicator (KPI) metrics are met:
- Weeks 1-4: Commission + $20.00/hour
- Weeks 5-8: Commission + $14.00/hour
- Weeks 9-12: Commission + $11.00/hour
- Weeks 13+: Commission + $8.00/hour
Seasonal Attendance Bonus: $500.00 at end of seasonal term, December 31, 2024 – with 2 or less absences/tardy
Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with a High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2+ years of relationship sales and customer service experience, able to commute to our Burnsville, MN office for training. Demonstrated sales proficiency, excellent phone skills, and a passion for meeting sales goals are key.
