The Sales Manager will help the company to meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.This role is based in our Denver, CO office and is a hybrid position, requiring two days in the office.

  • Supervisory Responsibilities:• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of SMB Account Executives.• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales team members.• Manage team schedules, assignments, and sales territories

  • Essential Job Functions:• Own and reach/exceed monthly sales targets.• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expands the company base.• Grow and build the team to maximize sales and grow the business.• Possess strong business acumen to enable consultative selling• Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans.• Communicate the value proposition effectively through presentations and proposals.• Understand landscapes and identify trends.• Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.• Identify opportunities proactively for sales process improvement.• Inspect sales process quality and prioritizes opportunities for improvement.• Forecast accurately every week to deliver monthly sales.• Coach and develop team members through the entire sales process while tightly managing performance of the assigned team• Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Required Skills/Abilities:• Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.• Proven ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to closing.• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.• Proven ability to position products against competitors.• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to quickly build rapport with team members and Management

  • Education and Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field required.• 5+ years of Sales Experience• Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets• 2+ years of experience in sales leadership • Demonstrable experience as head of sales developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions• Knowledge of SalesForce
