OpenLoop is looking for a Senior Operations Analyst, Patient Support to join our team Remotely or in HQ located in Des Moines, IA. This role will be a member of the Patient Support team, collaborating closely with the Senior Director of Patient Support.
About theRole
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Data Collection and Analysis: Develop and manage data collection processes to ensure accurate and timely data for patient retention programs.
- Support Metrics Management: Build and maintain a comprehensive support metrics table to monitor performance and optimize scheduling for the support team.
- Scheduling Optimization: Provide data-driven insights to improve scheduling and resource allocation, ensuring efficient operations of the support team.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to senior management, helping to inform strategic decisions.
- Trend Analysis: Identify trends and patterns in support data to forecast future needs and adapt to changing demands.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest level of data quality and integrity in all reporting and analysis activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the support team, IT, and other relevant departments to align data initiatives with organizational goals.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve data processes, reporting mechanisms, and overall efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a call center or customer support environment.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar. Experience with Zoho Analytics preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
