This role will be instrumental in driving the financial success of our organization by managing revenue forecasting, analysis, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with a focus on revenue management, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain comprehensive revenue forecasting models for our Genomics and AI Apps business units.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
  • Evaluate the financial impact of new product launches, partnerships, and market expansions.
  • Analyze revenue trends and variances to provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and lab teams to align revenue goals and strategies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely revenue reporting in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
  • Lead the month-end and quarter-end close processes related to revenue recognition.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance revenue forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue.
  • Support the annual budgeting and strategic planning processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on revenue management.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining financial models.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google suite, understanding of financial reporting software.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of GAAP revenue recognition principles.Experience in the healthcare or technology industry is a plus.
