You will join a team of tenacious, hard-working pros who excel in what they do and lift each other up along the way.SENIOR DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL MARKETINGJOB OVERVIEWAs the Senior Director of Digital Marketing at Element Three, you will be a visionary leader who defines opportunities and develops strategic frameworks to deliver against business goals for our clients, with a particular focus on B2B2B and B2B2C models in the dealer distribution space. You will drive brand transformation in the marketplace and generate demand sustainably, leveraging our full-service agency capabilities from high-level strategy to thorough data collection, comprehensive creative, and media placement and monitoring.You will lead a team of digital marketers, including web technologists, product managers, and paid media planners and buyers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Your expertise in digital marketing, coupled with your experience in data analytics and marketing technology, will be crucial in developing sophisticated capabilities that position Element Three as a cutting-edge, full-service agency. In essence, you are the champion and spokesperson for digital strategy who provides vision, direction, and innovation to generate growth for both our clients and the agency.AS A SENIOR DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL MARKETING, A TYPICAL WEEK MIGHT LOOK SOMETHING LIKE THIS:

  • Lead a strategic planning session with your team to align digital initiatives with a client's marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with a senior account manager to develop a comprehensive go-to-market plan for a key client, integrating digital strategies across multiple channels and addressing the unique challenges of dealer networks.
  • Conduct a workshop with a client's C-suite to set appropriate measurements and goals for their digital marketing activities, showcasing your expertise in forecasting ROI and maintaining brand consistency.
  • Meet with your direct reports to provide mentorship, address challenges, and ensure the team is delivering high-quality work that drives client success across our key service areas: research, brand strategy & management, performance marketing, media planning & buying, and web & technology.
  • Analyze the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing technology and data analytics, then present your findings and recommendations to the Element Three leadership team.
  • Review and provide strategic input on a complex marketing technology implementation plan for a major client, focusing on smoothing the separation between OEM and dealer.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Digital Product Manager and Senior Media Manager to enhance our data analytics and marketing technology capabilities, ensuring we stay at the forefront of digital innovation and can effectively track and manage leads.

TO LAND THIS GIG YOU NEED:

  • 8-10 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in an agency setting.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and managing successful digital marketing teams.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, content marketing, paid media, email marketing, and social media.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology stacks, with hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing mar-tech solutions.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align digital initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Excellent client management skills, with experience presenting to and advising C-level executives.
  • Experience in one or more of our key industries (recreational vehicles, powersports, commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, marine) is highly desirable.
  • Experience developing and executing digital strategies for B2B2B and B2B2C models, particularly in dealer distribution environments is a plus.
