How You Will Make an Impact


  • Senior Director, Digital Content Production will lead the transformation of the company’s production capabilities from primarily DRTV Television to expertise in digital production, content, and brand storytelling.
  • Senior Director, Digital Content Production will lead scripting, storyboarding, pre-production, budgeting, production, and post-production for digital projects.
  • Develop a robust and agile team for digital production with best practices around imagery, copy, and formats that lead to conversion on platforms such as Instagram, Meta, TikTok, etc., while aligning with the overall brand strategies. 
  • Senior Director, Digital Content Production will act as a catalyst for change, guiding the team to seamlessly adapt to the evolving landscape of digital content creation. 
  • Recruit and retain top talent that significantly contributes to all digital platforms, fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence.
  • Senior Director, Digital Content Production will stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in digital content production. 
  • Oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring high and engaging content.
  • Drive growth and visibility by exploring innovative content approaches and staying updated on emerging platforms.

What You Bring to the Table


  • Bachelor’s degree in media production, digital media, or marketing/business.
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience, with 10 + years managing digital production required.
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience, with a minimum of 10 years managing TV production required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and complex projects, with experience in staffing, logistical planning, and budgetary oversight.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in website content.
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media landscape, including Meta, YouTube, live streaming, and emerging platforms.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual story telling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
