Role:
As an
OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE I,
reporting directly to the Operations Manager,
your key objectives will be to ensure efficient operation of the Operations and Customer Care teams. The Operations Associate supports the manager and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. You will be responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material and ensure that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Location:
This is a remote position, but candidates must reside within a 2-hour drive from Pittsburgh, PA. Occasional travel to the Pittsburgh office will be required.
Responsibilities:
The essential responsibilities and duties for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Client, vendor, and colleague assistance
- Data Entry
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing tasks as needed
- Mailroom duties such as sending mail requested by Customer Care, retrieving and distributing mail to and from the post office as needed.
- Scanning in completed Accountholder documentation for Customer Care
- Maintain levels of pre-printed materials
- Maintain levels of mailing materials such as stamps, paper, ink, stamp machine funds, etc.
- Special projects as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrate professionalism and dependability
- Proficient with problem-solving and accuracy
- Good typing skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or eligible to work in the US permanently
