Position Summary:


As a Store Allocator within our Inventory Management and Logistics Team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring timely allocation of products across our Retail network. Reporting to the Allocation Manager, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support the overall efficiency of the inventory allocation process.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Execute daily inventory allocation tasks in accordance with established procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics, Store Planning & Retail Operations teams to prioritize and allocate products based on demand forecasts.
  • Regularly audit and reconcile inventory records in the Blue Cherry system to ensure accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in allocated quantities.
  • Communicate effectively with the Planning & Merchandising teams to understand product demand and inventory requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to address allocation challenges and ensure timely resolution.
  • Accurately enter and maintain data in the Blue Cherry system.
  • Keep detailed records of allocation decisions, adjustments, and discrepancies.
  • Adhere to established inventory allocation processes and guidelines.
  • Assist in the identification of process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems, preferably Blue Cherry.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
