Summary:
Provide administrative support for the Credit Review team, which includes the SVP, Credit Review and Asset Review Analyst(s). The position is onsite (non-remote) at our Plano, TX headquarters.
Essential Job Duties &
Responsibilities (Include but not limited to):
- Responsible for providing support to the Credit Review team, including maintaining the calendars, coordinating meetings and assisting with travel, expenses and check requests for department members
- Prepare and run reports
- Answer phones and serve as department liaison as needed
- Organize and maintain records and files both online and in print
- Order supplies, distribute mail to team members, FedEx documents and prepare certified mail
- Additional duties as assigned by manager
Job Requirements:
- Must have at 3-5 solid years of experience providing office administrative support
- Experience in a banking or financial company environment is a plus
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and ability to learn other systems
- Must possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Must possess excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
- The ability to use good business judgment in establishing daily priorities is required
- Able to adapt to new situations, events and changing business needs with a solution- oriented approach
- A desire to work in a fast-changing entrepreneurial environment, ability to multi-task with a positive attitude and good business judgment and to maintain confidentiality
