Job Summary:
This is a hybrid position handling AR and AP functions as well as supporting the ad operations team. This job has both technical aspects regarding data integrity; and has a strong focus on both internal and external communications.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Monitor, maintain and verify billing system information
- Generate and send invoices; communicate with customers and agencies to resolve any billing issues.
- Enter Network Payout invoices and match with the appropriate ad spots. Evaluate Payout invoices on a weekly basis and coordinate payouts to Networks.
- Monitor AP and AR email boxes and respond to inquiries.
- Coordinate inter-company payments with other Libsyn entities.
- Analyze new customers for credit worthiness and routinely examine existing accounts for credit worthiness
- Work closely with the ad operations team to ensure spots are correct and complete.
- Daily communications with sales, ad operations, and publisher team to maintain accurate orders in the database
- Collect on existing AR accounts
- Run periodic Aging reports for distribution to management; monitor days sales outstanding (DSO)
- Enter Auto-ads data into the database. Follow up with the invoicing and the payouts of Auto-ads
- Coordinate and distribute payouts to publishers twice weekly
- Communicate with publishers and advertisers regarding billing and payout inquiries
- Perform routing reconciliations on orders in the database to ensure costs and payouts are accurate
- Adhoc Reporting
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills

- Fast learner and ability to adapt to new situations and evolving environments

- Problem solving abilities and self-starter
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience in podcasting or advertising a plus
- Experience in Quickbooks, Paypal, Stripe a plus
Salary Range:
$45,000 - $55,000 USD
