Which wouldn’t be possible without employees who strive for success, work together, and are hungry to learn, grow, and lead.If you are looking for a new opportunity, we invite you to apply and talk about the possibilities of starting a rewarding new chapter of your career!The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of T2 sales/account management resources that are focused on existing T2 Pay Station customers.  The team is centrally located in our Burnaby, BC location and primarily provides phone-based support and interaction with our existing pay station customers.  The Inside Sales team works in conjunction with Regional Sales Managers who are located throughout North America for larger opportunities for existing accounts. 

Responsibilities:


  • The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for optimizing territory coverage for the Inside Sales Reps, assigning annual, quarterly and monthly activity targets and coaching for high performance within the Inside Sales team. 
  • The Inside Sales Manager sets annual plan targets for each Inside Sales Rep. 
  • Work with other T2 departments on continual process improvement and support of our existing Pay Station customers.

Qualifications:


  • undergraduate degree or equivalent experience i
  • Sales/Account Management experience required
  • parking experience preferred

Compensation:


  • $95K annual
