The Position


CallRail is looking for an Account Specialist that will work with our highest value customers, including healthcare, legal, financial, and real estate. The Account Executive team is a core revenue engine for the organization, and you will play a key part in our continued expansion into these key verticals. You will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations and effectively selling CallRail's full suite of industry-leading products and services to inbound leads.

What You'll Do


  • You will conduct product demos for prospects and convert them to free trials
  • Implement net new leads with CallRail’s suite of products and convert them to customers
  • Uncover business initiatives and pain points to map back to our solutions
  • Research and understand various lines of business and personas
  • Sell on Value and Return on Investment vs. technical functionality

What You'll Need


  • Proven track record of exceeding quota as a software Account Executive 
  • 2 years of software sales experience as an Account Executive; strong preference for marketing technology sales done over Zoom
  • Experience with high volume B2B sales is a huge plus
  • Amazing written and verbal communication skills
  • Expertise in solution-selling, account planning, and forecasting/pipeline management
  • Experience with Outreach is a plus
  • Proficiency using Salesforce.com and Google Suite
  • Can work as part of a team and/or independently
  • Knows how to navigate a fast-paced environment
  • BA/BS strongly preferred
