Act as primary point of contact for system support needs, serving as the cloud technical resource to lead initiatives for adopting secure and high-performance cloud-based solutions, while troubleshooting and resolving performance, connectivity, and related issues.
Develop, implement, and manage automation scripts, infrastructure as code (IaC), and CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure system security by implementing security best practices, as well as monitoring and supporting the troubleshooting of security incidents.
Implement performance improvement and cost reduction of infrastructure, including capacity planning.
Represent the team by skilled interactions with internal and external clients to inspire confidence, ensure transparency and manage overall expectations.
Handling periodic on-call duty and out-of-band requests

Strong experience working in cloud platforms, such as Azure & AWS, including extensive understanding of networking concepts, such as VPC, DNS, VPN, and WAF.
Experience working with automation tools, such as Terraform.
Experience with APM and log aggregation solutions.
Experience in effective use of issue tracking systems, such as Jira.
Experience working with git and CI/CD tools, such as AzureDevOps or Jenkins.
Familiarity with PCI compliance concepts and Fortinet Products (FortiGate, FortiWeb).
