Job Description
As a Personal Travel Designer, your role extends beyond simply arranging tours. Your primary task is to work closely with your customers to deliberately design travel experiences that meet the unique needs of each individual traveller. Your expertise lies in crafting an approach that combines creativity with a deep understanding of your clients' preferences, ensuring that each travel journey is a memorable experience on every level. Note: Currently, employees who have completed their training and are within a commutable distance of our offices in Toronto, Vancouver and Victoria, will work a hybrid model spending 3 days per week onsite.
Requirements:
- A customer service whiz, you build and foster long-term relationships with clients.
- You have experience of consultative selling in the luxury market.
- You are an avid traveler who has lived, worked, or traveled in different parts of the globe.
- You are a high performer with experience meeting/exceeding monthly sales goals.
- You are confident in resolving problems independently.
- You are relationship-oriented, highly entrepreneurial, data driven and creative.
