Together, we will create a brighter future.Position OverviewAs an Engagement Manager at Proudfoot, you will be at the forefront of delivering a range of consulting activities in transformational projects.

Main Accountabilities


  • To manage a team of Consultants and Senior Consultants on a client project to
  • ensure benefits/results are achieved according to schedule
  • allocate work to the team
  • develop a deep relationship with the client
  • train, coach and support the team to achieve greater results whilst motivating them 
  • manage the project costs within the Proudfoot's resource profile
  • manage the master schedule for the project, utilising the project's manpower and resources appropriately
  • Identify morework opportunities to develop the client into a larger opportunity
  • ​​​​​​​Lead project solution design and work with VP of Operations and VP of Analysis to develop project approach

Skills and Experience


  • Industry experience to include at least one of the following areas:  manufacturing, mining, O&G, water and/or F&B
  • Ability to develop credible and enduring professional business relationships with client at all senior executive levels
  • Operational and analytical skills to design project implementation solutions and create financial impact projections based on operational and organizational improvements
  • Real time monitoring of execution of activities at a micro and macro level for Project implementation (including solutioning and quick wins), ensuring all operational and organizational workstreams and outcomes are rolled into a clear understanding of business solutions, and their interdependencies

Financial understanding of business operations, ability to evaluate and monitor business benefits cases, review established base lines and track benefits realization plans
