Position Overview:
We're seeking a visionary Director of Product Management to lead our purpose-built CRM platform at Trella Health. This high-impact, hands-on role drives innovation and develops cutting-edge data and workflow solutions for post-acute business development. You will lead a small, dedicated team, shape product strategy, and work closely with engineering, design, QA, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional Post Acute CRM/Workflow solutions. Remote – US (Preference to applicants located in Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN; Philadelphia, PA; applicants in other states will still be considered. Travel is required to customers, conferences, and our HQ in Atlanta, GA.)

Chief Product Officer
As a Product leader at Trella, you will:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our CRM solution that aligns with Trella Health’s goals and market demands.
- Lead and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Provide oversight and coaching for product grooming, prioritizing work items, and building roadmaps.
- Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer, and other senior leaders to develop strategic initiatives and drive product strategy for the Marketscape CRM solution. Ensure that the product vision and strategy align with the customer needs, market demands, and broader goals of the entire product portfolio.
- Conduct market research, perform competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions. Leverage product analytics to drive continuous product improvements.
- Lead the creation and prioritization of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Utilize data-driven insights to prioritize features and make informed trade-offs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to develop and launch new features and products, ensuring timely delivery and high quality. Work closely with product teams to identify key opportunities and define success criteria.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, workflows, and challenges, translating insights into actionable product requirements and features. Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand requirements, negotiate priorities, and ensure successful implementation of research programs.
- Optimize processes for feature prioritization, roadmap setting, and requirements gathering. Continuously seek and implement opportunities for process improvements.
- Set and monitor key performance metrics to define product success and market fit. Use user feedback to drive ongoing product enhancements and optimizations.
- Collaborate with external partners to understand requirements and ensure successful implementation of product initiatives.
This job might be a fit for you if you have:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Product Management function, preferably within a healthcare workflow solutions company, with a focus on post-acute and value-based care and or transition care management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading and developing product management practices and mentoring team members, with a desire to grow and scale the product management discipline at Trella.
- Hands-on management experience with proven leadership skills to coach and develop product managers while fostering a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset. Innate intellectual curiosity to understand the “why” behind user behaviors and data utilization.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills with high emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong executive presence. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in providing oversight and coaching for product grooming, prioritizing work items, building roadmaps, and utilizing collaborative tools. Extensive working knowledge of Agile development methodology and experience working collaboratively on Agile teams.
- Deep empathy for customer needs and a desire to engage directly with customers to develop market-leading products. Exposure to Human-Centered Design (HCD) techniques is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to collaborate to solve problems as needed, supporting the broader team and building strong relationships across Go-To-Market, Engineering, and Data Science teams.
- Experience with development and product workflow tools such as Jira and Aha! is highly preferred.
- Background in TCM, Post Acute, and Analytics in healthcare, especially post-acute care and referral management, is highly preferred.
