We are looking for a talented Salesforce Product Owner with Sales Operations expertise to join our world class sales organization remotely, while helping to transform our business to the highest level.

Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with business to provide the best of breed solution to fulfill business outcomes, gather and translate requirements into clear stories for the Development team
  • Author and maintain the team’s backlog of user stories and serve as a subject matter expert on features, user stories, and product capabilities.
  • Serve as key resource to development team to answer questions, provide clarifications, and conduct and coordinate business validation.
  • Participates in team demo with primary responsibility of reviewing and accepting completed user stories
  • Close collaboration with business Stakeholders, Engineering team and Technical Project Manager
  • Design updates and enhancements to our existing Salesforce system
  • Develop and roll out Salesforce user training including creating training materials
  • Utilize Agile methodology & tools (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Salesforce system and process improvements

Requirements:


  • Deep Knowledge in sales operations and revenue optimization
  • 5+ years working as a translator between Product Owner/Product team/customers needs and Engineering/Tech Leads for Salesforce requirements/implementations
  • Power-user of Salesforce.com, understanding front-end and back-end processes
  • Strong analytical skills and mindset able to produce documentation quickly
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Have a business first approach; you care about the business impact of your technical work outstanding communication skills

  • Ability to think critically, troubleshoot and solve complex problems in a fast-paced, data-driven, metrics-oriented environment.
  • Can perform day-to-day work with minimal supervision, and new and/or complex assignments with minimal direction; self-directed and resourceful;
  • Grit, accountability, and ownership- you’re willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic.
  • Have built products by collaborating cross-functionally across engineering, product, data and analytics, marketing, design and other key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, proven track record of building strong relationships.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to successfully navigate and influence strong personalities within a complex business environment.
  • High attention to detail while handling multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline pressure.
  • Salesforce Admin certification is a plus
