Job Summary:
As a Product Design and Development Coordinator in our software development department, you will be a key player assisting with project management tasks, software testing, and product design. Your role will involve monitoring tickets, organizing documentation, and collaborating on product design discussions. We are looking for someone with an eye for detail and an appreciation for product design, who is curious, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about growing their skills within our team.

Duties/Responsibilities:
•Monitor and manage project tickets in Jira and other tracking tools•Contribute to product design discussions, providing input on user experience and design improvements•Conduct software testing to identify and report bugs or issues•Organize and maintain project documentation for easy access and reference•Coordinate between teams to ensure effective communication and information flow•Assist in scheduling and facilitating project meetings and discussions•Track reported bugs and work with developers to ensure timely resolution•Assist in managing project timelines and ensuring milestones are met•Assist in tracking and managing resource allocation for various projects
Required Skills/Abilities:
•Basic understanding of project management principles•Strong organizational and communication skills•Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team•Attention to detail and a knack for thinking through product design•Curious and eager to learn, with a passion for developing new skills•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel•Familiarity with software testing processes and methodologies is preferred•Experience with Jira or other project management tools is preferred
Education and Experience:
•Previous experience in project management or software development is preferred but not required•Background in UI/UX design or user research is a plus
