Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead for Residential HVAC to join our team. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue for our residential HVAC business. You will work closely with our team of HVAC technicians and Operations Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for our residential HVAC business- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded- Collaborate with our team of HVAC technicians to ensure timely and efficient installation and maintenance of HVAC systems- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our business remains competitiveRequirements
Requirements:
