Pair Eyewear is looking for a Product Manager to support Internal Tools. As a Product Manager supporting Internal Tools, you will define the strategy for our Platform Squad, focusing on optimizing our internal tools and cost-saving initiatives in collaboration with our Customer Service and Operations teams. You will own the roadmap for our homegrown Order Management System and lead initiatives to make RX and order management more seamless for our customers and internal teams. This role reports to the Director of Product Management and involves close collaboration with engineering and design teams to build best-in-class products. This is a remote-friendly position, with a hybrid option available for those in the NYC Metropolitan area.
What You'll Do:
- Develop a product vision and strategy for our internal Order Management Systems and CX Platforms.
- Identify customer and Customer Service teammates' needs and pain points through various product discovery tactics.
- Lead agile scrum rituals, including kickoffs, standups, demos, and retros, in partnership with your squad teammates.
- Deliver impactful solutions to customer problems, focusing on cost savings and driving meaningful and measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Design, Analytics, and stakeholders to develop a robust roadmap aimed at unlocking value for customers and teammates.
Who You Are:

At Pair, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The pay range for this position is expected to be between $130,000 - $150,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
