Position: Proposal Manager

Overview
Noetic is seeking a Proposal Manager to support our growth team. This role will oversee the development of compliant, compelling, winning proposals in the federal market. A successful candidate will be able to plan and organize RFI and RFP responses, work with corporate and technical team members to develop content, develop proposal schedules, and provide full life cycle proposal support.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage proposal development from pre-RFP to submission.
- Develop an understanding of and incorporate Noetic branding and proposal templates into responses.
- Create and manage proposal schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, proposal kickoffs, and content development.
- Plan and support proposal reviews.
- Manage proposal library in SharePoint.
- Ensure proposal compliance in accordance with federal RFPs.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelors degree and five years of experience supporting federal proposal development
- Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint.
Desired
- Familiarity with Shipley Proposal Process
- Interest in APMP and continuous improvement through studying the art of proposals
