Position: Vice President of EngineeringTerms of Employment: Full-time / PermanentLocation: Toronto, OntarioEmployment Address: Hybrid work arrangement: head office located at: 40 University Avenue, Suite 904, Toronto, ON M5J1T1, work from home permitted in the Greater Toronto Area.Hours of Work: 40 hours/weekLanguage: EnglishBenefits: Eligible for discretionary bonuses and/or salary increases in accordance with company policy.Eligible for medical coverage, disability insurance and life insurance.Salary: $160.00 CAD per hourContact: Please send resumes to recruitment_canada@creatoriq.com and include “Vice President of Engineering” in the email subject line.Duties:Strategic Planning and Mission Definition● Lead the development of CreatorIQ's strategic direction, ensuring alignment with the company's missionOrganizational Structure and Resource Allocation● Authorize and oversee the establishment of key departments within CreatorIQAdministrative Oversight● Establish and maintain robust financial and administrative controls to support the scalability of CreatorIQ's SaaS platformTechnical Team Leadership● Select and empower middle managers and executives, ensuring optimal performance and innovation.● Represent CreatorIQ Canada Inc., delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other functions.Requirements:- Master of Computer Science is required- University degree in business is required- 10+ years of experience in the technology field is required- 5+ years in a Tech Leadership role is required- Previous experience with Strategic Planning- Experience in building, scaling, and performance optimization or of cloud-based applications and SaaS Products- Extensive experience in developing and optimizing platforms and tools for influencer marketing.- Proven ability to integrate and optimize cloud-based solutions for large-scale data processing and analytics. - Ability to align technology strategies with business goals in the influencer marketing domain.- Leadership and Team Management: develop and mentor technical teams, growing them from small groups to larger, more complex organizations.- Experience in incorporating security measures as a built-in stage for all processes.- Track record of conducting and achieving ISO certification for R&D departments.- Experience in developing and enhancing Product and Software Development processes.- In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and best practices, including codebase management, CI/CD, and testing.- Great communicationApply for this job
