Job Description:
Position Overview:
As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, identifying, and placing highly qualified candidates with various client organizations. This role demands a strong, results-driven professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-performance, KPI-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, industry-specific platforms, and referrals.Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with client organizations.KPI Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including but not limited to candidate submissions, interviews, placements, and revenue targets.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other relevant software.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably within a recruitment agency setting.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs in a high-pressure environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented and highly motivated to succeed.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
Knowledge of ATS and other recruitment software is a plus.
Industry-specific expertise (Filling technical roles).
