Executive Assistant (Sales)

The Executive Assistant (EA) is highly organized, proactive, and possesses excellent communication and multitasking skills. The EA will: ·       Serve as the primary point of contact between sales leadership and key internal/external stakeholders.·       Create, manage and maintain calendars and correspondence.

·       Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.·       Coordinate and participate in meetings and follow-up on action items.·       Arrange domestic and international travel, ensuring all travel documents are in order.·       Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and events, monitor timelines and ensure deadlines are met.·       Maintain and organize files, records, and databases and ensure the confidentiality and security of all sensitive information.·       Assist in the preparation of sales materials, reports and forecasts.

Our ideal candidate has 5 to 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior sales executives, preferably in the professional services industry, with the following skills and attributes:·       Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.·       Accuracy, attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.·       Strong written and verbal communication proficiency.·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).·       Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.·       Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.·       Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.·       Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.If you have the required experience and are proactive and self-motivated with a high degree of professionalism, please apply today to join our team!
