About the Role
As a Salesforce Engineer at Maven Clinic, you will be responsible for driving the technical vision and roadmap of our Salesforce platform and associated processes. You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of highly scalable, performant, and reliable systems that support the growing opportunities in our go-to-market systems. You will partner closely with our Growth, Finance, Engineering, and Leadership teams. A leading member of our growing Salesforce team, you will partner with existing team members to identify and deploy new business solutions that exemplify best practices and scalable architecture at Maven.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex Salesforce solutions that enable scalable operations and processes
- Identify and lead proactive initiatives that enable the effective scaling of key business workflows leveraging Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), API development, and more
- Identify, build, and maintain system integrations between Salesforce, go-to-market and finance systems applications to drive automation and streamlined workflow execution
- Partner closely with leadership on key initiatives identified in the business to ensure audit compliance
- Drive technical design discussions and provide guidance to team members on best practices, coding standards, and architecture principles
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a proven track record of independently building and maintaining scalable processes to meet business goals
- Expertise in Lightning Web Component design and development and proficiency in declarative development using Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to define, scope, and deliver sustainable solutions aligned to business needs
- Experience leading Salesforce deployments, and including SF CLI and SF CI/CD best practices
- Energized by fast-paced environments that combine near-term problem solving with long-term planning for scale
- Familiarity with managing system integrations with GTM technologies like CPQ, Hubspot, Salesloft (or other Sales Automation tools), accounting tools (Netsuite), and enrichment providers (6sense)

You may also be entitled to receive a bonus, stock options, and benefits.
Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.Maven embraces a flexible hybrid work model. Our Engineering & Product teams primarily operate from Seattle, WA, San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, and the New York Metropolitan area, NY. For those in our New York City office, we encourage in-person collaboration by requiring team members to work onsite three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
