Creative Designer - Product & Marketing Team

We are looking for a talented and creative individual to join our Product & Marketing team to help elevate our brand and enhance our digital presence. 

Job Description:

As a Creative Designer, you will collaborate with our Marketing team to craft attractive website designs, create stunning banners, logos, and posts for our social media channels. You will also assist our Product team in designing great user interfaces for our in-house web applications. The ideal candidate will be highly creative, up to date with modern design patterns and trends, and proficient in various design tools and platforms. 

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Design visually appealing and user-friendly layouts for digital platforms. 

• 
  Create eye-catching banners, logos, and social media posts to enhance our digital marketing efforts. 

• 
  Collaborate with the Product team to develop intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web applications. 

• 
  Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs are current and competitive. 

• 
  Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business goals. 

• 
  Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

• 
  Provide creative input and suggest improvements to enhance overall user experience and visual appeal. 

• 
  Double-up as a photographer at events, combining artistic vision with technical camera knowledge. 

• 
  Utilize generative AI tools for visual design where applicable. 

Requirements:

• 
  4+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field. 
• 
  Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a relevant field. 
• 
  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects - optional) & Figma. 
• 
  Good understanding of design and printing principles. 
• 
  A compelling portfolio showcasing a strong design aesthetic and a range of capabilities across various media. 
• 
  Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication and teamwork skills. 
• 
  Good understanding of HTML and CSS should have created compelling web designs. 
• 
  Foundational knowledge of Generative AI tools for visual design is a plus. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• 
  Experience in designing for IT products or technology companies. 
• 
  Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements. 
• 
  Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles. 
• 
  Ability to incorporate feedback and iterate designs quickly.
