Job Overview:


 In an Insurance Consultant role, you will be the primary point of contact for CapCenter clients shopping for insurance when buying a home or servicing existing insurance clients. Insurance Consultants analyze our clients’ intentions and help them understand the service opportunities that we can offer and the financial benefits that they receive. CapCenter is a service company in a sales industry- there is no cold calling.  80% of company leadership and 100% of our operational managers started in production roles.

Our team is 3.5x more productive than the average industry provider which means rapid exposure and development compared to industry peers. You will work in a dynamic team environment of other mortgage, real estate, and insurance professionals. 1/3rd of our team carries multiple licenses and are cross trained across multiple industries as we build out multi-tool professionals.  We don’t hire people that define themselves by a job description but rather we are looking for career minded people that desire to learn and grow with other team-oriented service professionals.

  • Excellence is a Team Sport. CapCenter service professionals are all in-house. We do not work across multiple companies, partner relationships, or referral sources. We achieve results by working in concert with our subject matter peers.

In your first 60 days, you will:


  • Secure Property/Casualty and Life Insurance licenses (we’ll sponsor it!)
  • Join an immersive training plan teaching you everything you need to be successful
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for our clients on both new business and with existing policies
  • Build your communication and underwriting knowledge through learning modules, training, and live coaching
  • Complete a self-assessment to build a blueprint for career progression at CapCenter

Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven professionalism, ethics, and character
  • Strong communication skills and analytical abilities
