Lead, Client Partnerships (Healthcare & Pharma)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead of Client Partnerships with deep expertise and proven leadership in the Healthcare Industry to join our team.As the Client Partnership Lead, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our healthcare, pharma, and life science clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of these industries and their business needs and a passion for client service. This role will be pivotal in driving growth within our healthcare sector by leveraging their industry knowledge and development expertise.This role engages our internal services and client partnership groups to deliver successful marketing solutions that align with client objectives.
You lead relationships with our largest clients and guide our team in listening intently to our clients’ needs and the needs of their audiences. You understand how to discover new business opportunities and have significant experience growing business with enterprise clients. And you also are savvy enough to know how to develop less experienced colleagues into better solution consultants.Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving client relationships and revenue growth.You’ll work with team members across our service lines, including Strategic, Creative, and Interactive.
You'll also work closely with our Operations Group to ensure our finances are consistent with our sales projections. Responsibilities As a Client Partnership Lead, you will:
- Manage and Nurture Client Relationships
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for organic growth.
- Gain a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, challenges, and market dynamics to offer proactive solutions.
- Lead Comprehensive Strategies
- Drive the development of comprehensive marketing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align efforts with business objectives and industry trends.
- Pioneer New Business Expansion
- Lead new business outreach with enterprise clients, leveraging marketing expertise and industry knowledge to drive strategic growth and expand the client base.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of compelling proposals and presentations that demonstrate our capabilities and value proposition.
- Facilitate account planning and participate in client proposals and pitches.

- Oversee team performance and development, setting clear goals, and providing regular feedback and guidance to enhance capabilities.

- Leverage Industry Expertise
- Utilize extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry, including trends, challenges, and regulatory environment, to identify opportunities and position our services effectively.
- Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on industry knowledge and best practices.
- Optimize Financial Outcomes
- Demonstrate financial acumen by managing budgets, profitability, and resource allocation to optimize project outcomes and maintain strong client partnerships.
What you’ll need
- Significant experience (20 years) working in the healthcare industry or client relationship management in healthcare with a strong understanding of its dynamics, regulations, and trends.
- Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise client accounts in the healthcare and pharma industries.
- Strong understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical industry dynamics, regulations, and trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
