The Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Customer Lifecycle will be responsible for leading the team that drives end-customer experience and retention outcomes across our ecosystem of device partners and client programs. The ideal candidate will combine a quantitative approach to lifecycle marketing with creativity and a passion for building excellent customer experiences.
What you’ll do:
- Become a thought leader in customer experience and retention for EnergyHub’s 60+ bring-your-own-device (BYOD) programs
- Ideate and develop new ways to engage with customers that lead to improved customer retention outcomes
- Build an an analytically skilled team that consistently seeks quantitative insights, makes data driven decisions, and expands our lifecycle measurement capabilities
- Evangelize customer experience best practices across our 60+ utility clients by presenting in key meetings and leading case study development
- Expand team capabilities by developing and improving our marketing technology stack
- Uncover new customer insights by overseeing our customer research efforts and disseminate findings to clients and internal stakeholders
- Establish processes and best practices that enable the lifecycle marketing team to scalably implement and maintain hundreds of email automation workflows
- Design incentive fulfillment experiences in coordination with our incentives vendor that lead to delighted end customers
- Other duties as assigned
What we expect from you:
- 6-8 years of digital marketing experience, with an emphasis on email automation and customer engagement
- Ability to analyze data sets, navigate ambiguity, and translate insights into action
- Strong managerial and/or project management experience
- Robust knowledge of the marketing technology landscape, and passion to learn about new marketing tools and products
- Well informed opinions on marketing creative and customer experience best practices
- An eye for the details and ability to focus on multiple projects at once
- Excellent communication skills and ability to distill complex concepts into easily understandable insights

This allows opportunity for growth and development within the role. The salary offered is part of a total compensation package. Pay Range$125,000—$140,000 USD
