Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and direct large scale programs with the right degree of hands on efforts, inspiring teams to deliver excellent outcomes
  • Participate in business development efforts by helping frame perspectives and structuring approaches that reflect strong thinking on how business, human behavior and technology can intersect successfully
  • Support client partners in growing key accounts by identifying new opportunities, navigating complex situations and educating clients on the value of our work
  • Create an environment that brings together the best of various disciplines with care for the uniqueness of each on projects
  • Foster a culture of curiosity and learning, creating opportunities for employees to learn and grow into our future leaders

Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated success in launching digital products and services at scale 
  • Demonstrated expertise in the financial sector
  • 10+ years experience in design research, digital strategy, digital product design, and/or service design, operating models, process improvements, playbooks etc. Your story/portfolio reflects a solid foundation in understanding the complexity and intricacies of business problems. Your work to solve these is an appropriate mix of pioneering and pragmatic.
  • 3+ year team management experience through project accountability
  • Undergraduate and/or Masters Degree in Design[product, visual/interaction, architecture, industrial], Human Factors, Engineering [mechanical] or equivalent professional experience
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to successfully articulate the same in business development, C-suite and company wide settings
  • Have a chosen area of expertise tied to an industry, domain or skill that is of great value in a client setting
  • Proven ability to partner with senior executives in client organization, and internally with multiple disciplines on projects
  • Demonstrated success of representing yourself and your organization in public forums

Location/Travel:


  • Ideal candidate is in the NY tri-state area with the capacity to be onsite with client in their NY office frequently

(New York City Local Law 32;  Pay Transparency Law):  The starting salary range for this role to be performed in New York City is from

$195,000


to

$230,000


. This salary range is specific to New York City residents only, and provided as a general, good faith estimate. The amount offered may be higher or lower. Method takes many factors into making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.
