About the Role:


Home Solutions is seeking a dynamic and organized Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team part-time. In this role, you will manage the content publishing workflow, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of engaging content to our audience. You will report weekly publishing numbers, quality assuring publishes, and contribute to optimizing the user experience of our content management system. 

Your Responsibilities:


  • Review and ensure the quality of content published by freelance virtual assistants, and publish content when freelancers are unavailable.
  • Upload content to partner websites, ensuring that all proper steps are taken prior to partner review and/or publishing.
  • Update and report publishing numbers for both internal and external partners.
  • Attend weekly meetings and 1:1s with your manager.

About You:


  • 1+ years of experience in a professional setting, preferably with some digital marketing exposure
  • Keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all tasks
  • Strong interest in exploring and growing within the marketing world
  • Exceptional ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and consistency
  • Drive for continuous improvement both personal and professional
  • Inquisitive, growth-oriented mindset (always asking questions)

Bonus Skills:


  • Familiarity with project management tools (Airtable, GSuite, Asana)
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for content formatting and customization
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
  • Experience working collaboratively with professionals from various fields (marketing, design, development, analytics)
