About this Role:


This position will join the team on a fixed-term contract basis for three (3) months and will report into the Senior Manager, People Operations and will play a critical role in supporting the recruiting team. The Recruiting Coordinator will partner closely with internal recruiters through the full-cycle recruiting process across business areas and drive the hiring process forward and own the candidate management process. This role offers the exciting opportunity to build relationships with stakeholders within Narmi’s business and gain exposure to HR and Recruiting practices for those launching their careers in the People space.This contracted opportunity will be based onsite at our NYC office located in Flatiron and requires a minimum of 3 days in office per week.

What you'll do:


  • Assist in end-to-end scheduling coordination throughout the interview process for all open roles. Includes coordinating with candidates and interviewers to schedule interview times, preparing interview materials, facilitating a smooth interview process, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience
  • Provide support throughout ad hoc projects such as employee engagement initiatives, process improvement efforts, etc
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee and candidate information

What you'll bring:


  • Prior internship or part-time experience working in a professional environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across all written and verbal communication
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, candidates and external partners
  • Proficiency in using HR software (or the desire to learn), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Google Suite
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to team success and take initiative
  • High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality

The expected compensation for this role is $27-30 per hour. Maximum expected hours range from 30-35 hours per week in accordance with business need at the discretion of the Sr. People Operations Manager. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, knowledge and skills.
