Position Summary:  


AGDATA is currently seeking a Junior Program Manager for a full-time position. If you love working with data, are detail-oriented and are ready to grow, this might be for you.  Under direct supervision of the Team Lead and Program Manager, the Junior Program Manager will assist in managing the processes for the development, implementation and maintenance for fulfillment programs. You will participate in program validation, assist in exception management and execute all payment activities.. You should be local to our Charlotte office to ensure that you can come into our office to complete some of the responsibilities in office, as needed.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to… 


  • Consult with the client to establish and document program and project requirements.
  • Adhere to program and payment processes and documentation.
  • Proactively identify process improvements that provide benefits either internally to AGDATA or externally to the client and provide use cases to support those recommendations to the appropriate audiences
  • Participate in the program validation process to ensure all aspects of the program is implemented in an error-free environment
  • Execute payment transmittals and maintain corresponding documentation for payment runs
  • Compile and send out fulfillment program payments via FedEx by the published deadlines
  • Assist in managing program exceptions.
  • Participate in conference calls with our client.
  • Work with the Project Manager to ensure all deliverables are logged and maintained inside JIRA 

In order to be successful in your role, it is important that you…


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Understanding and adherence to best practices
  • Effectively prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
  • Have experience translating documents into technical specifications
  • Thrive in a team environment
  • MS Office experience, specifically Excel

It would be even better if you have the below skills/qualifications, but they are not a must….


  • Basic to intermediate SQL skills
  • Knowledge of Jira navigation
  • Knowledge of agriculture industry
  • Bachelor of Science with emphasis in data analysis, economics, commerce or related field or work experience in a related field
