The Digital Marketing Analyst provides support for both the Digital Platforms and Integrated Media teams, focusing on the agency’s analytics and measurement offering. This role plays an integral part in fostering the agency’s data-driven culture and advocates for how the agency can use data to support its ability to tell compelling marketing narratives, helping to inform digital strategy development and media campaign performance insights and optimizations.The primary responsibility of this position will be to develop and manage client and internal reporting with actionable insights on the performance of marketing tactics covering digital ad campaigns, social campaigns and website analytics.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities as Digital Marketing Analyst
- Manage digital data streams and assist in the development of monthly reporting and insights for marketing initiatives for assigned clients.
- Manage and analyze website analytics
- Aggregate and transform data from advertising and social platforms
- Assist in crafting actionable insights where needed based on the measurement framework and data available
- Create data visualizations for internal and client-facing dashboards
- Implement And determine event tracking for tags in Google Tag Manager
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve issues

Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience working with digital ads and analytics platforms such as GA4, and the Google Marketing Platform (CM360, SA360, Google Ads…)
- Data visualization experience using business intelligence tools such as Looker Studio
- Proficient in advanced Excel/Google sheets functionalities to manipulate, analyze and interpret large data sets, extracting actionable insights to inform data-driven decision-making in marketing strategies and analytics initiatives
- Basic understanding of SQL
- Experience with in-house agency marketing analytics, reporting on digital campaigns and website performance
- Proven history of developing valuable and actionable monthly reporting for clients and internal teams
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects at a time
- Working knowledge of the digital media landscape
- Effective problem-solver
- Bachelor’s degree
