About the role


CommentSold, America’s #1 live selling SaaS platform is looking for a Creator Onboarding Intern for Popshoplive. As a Creator Onboarding Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new creators using our platform. You will assist the onboarding team in guiding creators through the initial setup, providing training, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer success and the creator industry.

Main Responsibilities 


  • Assist in the development and delivery of onboarding materials and resources.
  • Guide new creators through the onboarding process, including account setup and initial training.
  • Assist new creators with technical questions and issues
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to creator inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
  • Collaborate with the product team to identify and address common onboarding challenges.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from new creators to continuously improve the onboarding process.
  • Help maintain and update the onboarding knowledge base and documentation.
  • Support the creation and delivery of webinars, tutorials, and other training content.
  • Monitor onboarding progress and follow up with creators to ensure successful adoption of the platform.

Qualifications & Skills


  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with new creators.
  • Strong problem solving and project management skills
  • Self-starter
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and a basic understanding of the tech or creator industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace.

Compensation & Hours


We anticipate the hourly rate for this role will be $15 unless a higher rate is required per State/Local laws. This internship will last for 3 months with a potential for a 3 month extension and an expectation of 25 hours of work weekly.
