In the role as a National Account Executive, you'll be responsible for researching, cold-calling, and selling our digital marketing services to small-to-medium sized businesses across the United States.
Our role is an in-office position, with locations in Austin, TX, Charlotte, NC, and Phoenix, AZ!

As a National Account Executive, you can unleash your earning potential with our monthly uncapped commission structure!

Reach your quota and watch your commission payout increase with the more you sell where you have the potential to earn over $250,000!! In addition to our aggressive commission structure, we offer a
guaranteed base salary of $45,000 to all our sellers that is paid on a weekly basis, and you have the ability to increase your salary up to $65,000 based on your performance in as early as of just four months of employment!

A Day in the Life:


  • Prospecting, researching, and cold calling an average of 70+ small-to-medium sized businesses per day across the U.S. in various industries
  • You'll be in training for your first month where you'll learn and apply our sales processes, and pass demos to senior reps to close deals
  • Once out of training, you'll take charge of your own client interactions. You'll develop a strategic approach ("hunter mentality") to address objections confidently and present the perfect digital marketing solutions to fit each business owner's specific goals. Your focus? Helping them achieve long-term success and securing their business as a valued Olly Olly client! (the role is 100% cold-calling; zero account management)
  • Continuous learning by participating in daily team meetings & weekly trainings to further develop your sales acumen and exceed individual, team, and organizational goals

Qualifications:


  • At least 1 year of sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience with Google products (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, etc.) preferred
  • An ability to adapt and align to our sales processes & scripting, and being coachable to get better at your craft
  • Being accountable over yourself and your peers, such as being on time, sticking to process, and bringing your best every day
  • A desire to exceed financial & personal goals, develop yourself further as a professional, and potentially grow into a leader in the organization
