Clumio is looking for a contract Payroll Manager for a six month assignment based out of our Santa Clara headquarters. This role will be expected to be in the office 3 days a week to consult and collaborate with internal partners.
Responsibilities
- Collect, input, and import pay data into accounting systems (Namely)
- Run pay calculations, review audit reports, and assist with U.S. settlement processes
- Assist with compliance testing and requirements such as EEOC filing, 401K audits
- Administer Leaves of Absence monitoring/tracking absence status, documentation and return to work dates
- Review and process semi-monthly timecards
- Collaborate with Finance to process expense reports via Expensify
- Collaborate with FInance to review and potentially implement expense management tool Ramp
- Build and provide monthly compensation statements to team members
- Create and maintain bonus accruals
Requirements
- 3+ years of payroll experience with 1+ year(s) independently processing payroll
- Familiar with multi-state wage and hour laws
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and accounting software
- Prior experience processing payroll in Namely is a plus
Compensation
- The hourly rate for this contract position is $60 - $72 per hour.
- The hourly rate is determined in good faith at the time of the job posting
- Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, licensure and certifications, and/or other business and organizational needs.
