Global Immigration Team" is worldwide, and we service all countries and jurisdictions where our clients require support except for countries or regions where we legally cannot operate (e.g., Syria, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, and Crimea). The Global Data Researcher is responsible for researching global immigration policies and programs. Consistent, clean and organized global immigration data in the Envoy platform is crucial for the efficient working of our internal operations, client user experience and accurate global management reports.
As our Global Data Researcher, you will be required to:
- Conduct research into global immigration policies and programs as directed
- Communicate effectively with third party partners around the world
- Summarize and compare research to other existing projects for consistency in reporting and creating content
- Maintain and update collected research so that all client-facing information stays current and accurate
- Research discrepancies, operational problems, or other issues across various case-processing workflows
- Work with internal and external immigration experts to research, question and sense test country specific data to be imported into the App
- Manage overall project as directed to include and update all levels of global data in the App, as needed, including: case types, products, product variants, questionnaires, forms, billing, case milestones, etc.
To apply for this role, you should possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- Three or more years business and/or professional office experience
- Some corporate immigration experience in Global immigration
- Ability to think about data structure as well as content, for long term scalability and usability
- Strong time management, multi-tasking, research and communication skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
- High level of proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Ability to generate work product with considerable accuracy and attention to detail
- Good understanding of complex immigration questions as well as ability to research, analyze and draft content
- Bachelors Degree required (preferably in a related discipline)
