Your Role:
Lead and Inspire Teams:
Your primary role is to lead, motivate, and manage our talented internal teams. From launching innovative client campaigns to exploring new advertising channels, your proactive leadership will inspire excellence and ensure that we meet and exceed client business objectives.

Develop and implement complex digital advertising strategies, including segmentation, A/B testing, and ROI measurement. Your strategic insight and execution will set new benchmarks in campaign performance.

Monitor and optimize campaign performance using a disciplined, data-driven approach. Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance ROI.

Keep senior management informed with clear, actionable insights about client opportunities, potential risks, and key business nuances. Your direct communication will facilitate strategic decision-making.

Required Experience:
- 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in media campaign management and online/digital advertising strategy. You lead with precision and thoroughness.
- 5+ years of experience in interactive marketing or business consulting using data and information to drive specific targeting and marketing recommendations.
- Deep knowledge of marketing analysis disciplines, including segmentation, sales forecasting, and ROI measurement. Knowledge of statistical methods, multivariant testing, and conversion rate optimization methodology is preferred.
- Deep knowledge of digital advertising/media platforms including Google, Meta, and Microsoft; and channels including search, social, programmatic/display, and OTT
- Experience with data-driven decision-making and providing insightful client analytics with expert knowledge of platforms like Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker or similar.
- Automotive industry experience is a strong plus!
