NCQA is hiring for a Director of CRM. This position will play a key role in the definition and design of our Salesforce Platform, core APIs, and ancillary Sites for use by internal and external customers. This person will work as a technology leader alongside stakeholders, customers and NCQA’s business teams and technical teams in IS/IT to ensure a comprehensive and consistent product vision and architecture. This person will work across local and remote teams to drive best practices, high quality, and timely, on-budget releases. This person will employ the latest technologies and development methodologies to create systems that are highly functional, adaptable, and resilient in NCQA’s rapidly evolving environment.
Responsibilities:
Leadership: Build and lead a team of salesforce developers, salesforce admins, and key stakeholders to deliver software, providing functional expertise, operational guidance, and standards and procedures to ensure that quality standards are consistently met.
Meet regularly with key leaders to formulate a coherent strategy across all our platforms.
Map out, and maintain, a three (3) year plan on system enhancements and modifications needed to support NCQA’s ongoing mission.
Product and Technical Leadership: Along with our Principal CRM architect, lead the design and evolution of our salesforce platform to support various internal and external software systems. Lead, influence, or participate in integration of our salesforce environment with other NCQA platforms. Ensure the high-level stakeholder needs are met and oversee the staff who manage our day-to-day operations and maintenance of our CRM environment.- Architect, plans, leads and executes programming approaches to support NCQA’s mission. Can code at a master level in applications using APEX, LWC, VF and JS so as to know which technology to bring to bear on new projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field. Platform Developer 1 Certification required.
6+ years of experience leading and managing agile teams in software development.
6+ years of software development experience.
Proficient with programming languages as appropriate particularly to Salesforce which includes LWC, APEX, SOQL, VF and any future SF languages.
Proficient in SQL and general Data Warehouse concepts
Comfortable with Object Oriented Programming and Software Patterns.
Excellent inter-personal skills. High motivation and ability to work with teams to meet project objectives.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to meet project deadlines and goals without management supervision
Awareness of database design concepts, and is proficient in general cloud environment
The ability to quickly adapt to multiple priorities.
Compensation & Benefits:
- For new hires, this position pays in the range of $170K - $195K per year, depending on experience.
