Are you a Board-Certified Sterile Compounding Pharmacist (BCSCP) with at least three years of experience with a hospital or health system pharmacy? Have a bachelors in pharmacy or PharmD? Are you a critical thinker with the desire to help others discover better methods and outcomes? Can you talk colleagues through complex compounding challenges (in-person or over the phone) and still be empathetic and humble in your delivery? Answered "yes” to all? Then we need you.

The Position: Clinical Compounding Pharmacist - Health Systems


If you have a passion for leveling up compounding best practices in health system environments, then we’ve been looking for you – especially if you’d be pumped to present to a room full of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and/or administrators on processes, regulations and dosage form development. And if your exquisite attention to detail is only matched by your motivation to help colleagues improve their compounding practices and compliance, then we just might be your people.
