Through our brands, K2Share and CareerSafe, we provide advisory services in cyber risk management and online education for workforce readiness.We are seeking an HR Operations & Total Rewards Specialist to serve as the heartbeat of our Human Experience (HX) functional area, ensuring that our employees are supported by seamless processes and strategic systems.
This position will manage the backbone of our HX infrastructure, from benefits and compensation administration to compliance and people analytics. This role ensures that our HX operations are smooth, efficient, and aligned with our business goals.

You bring a solid foundation in Human Resources knowledge of benefits, HRIS, and legal compliance, making you a reliable resource for ensuring smooth processes. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail drive you to uncover insights and solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy. A collaborative and tech-savvy problem-solver, you thrive in a team environment, always looking for ways to enhance processes and outcomes. Additionally, you:
- Have experience in the development of compensation structures and benefit programs.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to elevate program utilization and efficiency.
- Drive consistent employee experience by maintaining high expectation standards.
- Ingrain yourself in legal matters related to employment law and workforce trends.
- Possess the skills and abilities to combine datasets from multiple sources.
Your Impact:
As the HR Operations and Total Rewards Specialist, you will build, maintain, and enhance our HX programs and systems infrastructure to allow our company to continue to provide the best employee experience. In addition, you will:
- Collaborate in the design and execution of our total rewards programs.
- Advise and educate stakeholders on compensation decisions while maintaining accurate employee compensation records.
- Implement and oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Ensure the company's adherence to all applicable state and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Gather, organize, and disseminate Human Experience (HX) knowledge to support employees in their roles.
- Improve HRIS system functionality and promote the utilization of its features.
- Manage employee data and deliver reliable insights through comprehensive reporting.
