K2Share seeks an experienced Cyber Awareness and Training Analyst to support federal clients in robust cybersecurity training programs that include simulated phishing exercises, awareness communications, compliance and role-based training, and workforce development. We are looking for a person who has worked in the federal sector as a contractor and who has direct experience in supporting a comprehensive cybersecurity training program. The ideal candidate holds, at minimum, Security+ or a comparable certification and professional training credentials.
In this position, you will join a seasoned team, in a mature training program, with a commitment to client success.
About You:
You are a cybersecurity professional with a consultant mindset who possesses significant experience developing and executing awareness, training, and simulated phishing campaigns. You excel at:
- Collaborating and consulting with subject matter experts and translating that information seamlessly to non-technical employees and stakeholders.
- Communicating within a virtual work environment and effectively collaborating with senior staff and management.
- Writing marketing communications, awareness articles, and training course content, and adapting writing style to client and mission-space requirements.
- Coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups to understand requirements and provide targeted communications and outreach materials that meet various client needs.
- Developing and leading interactive instructor-led training and/or workshops within the federal cybersecurity sector.
- Developing surveys and assessment tools, aligned to program objectives and learning outcomes.
- Supporting cybersecurity awareness and training metrics reporting, reviewing data sets for accuracy and analysis.
- Setting personal and program goals while managing change and maintaining flexibility.
- Understanding current phishing trends and emerging cyber threats.

RequirementsCandidates for the Cyber Awareness and Training Analyst
must meet the following criteria:
- Completed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust clearance
Salary:
$80,000+
