Boundless Life Sciences Group is a full-service advertising agency, built from the ground up to meet the evolving needs of modern healthcare brands. We are looking for an
Account Supervisor who would be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of digital marketing strategies for our clients and will be expected to maintain a complete working knowledge of the assigned account(s) and brand goals. The Account Supervisor will manage client relationships, lead project teams, oversee talent development for direct report(s), and ensure financial goals are attained as outlined in the metrics associated with this role. Responsibilities:

  • Execute strategy, provide brand stewardship and maintain strong client satisfaction on assigned brand(s)
  • Lead communication of client needs with all internal and external cross-functional partners, ensuring projects are on brief and in line with brand strategy
  • Act as team leader to ensure integration of agency disciplines (art, copy, project management, development, strategy, finance)
  • Effectively present the agency’s recommendations, points-of-view, or strategy documents to clients, taking a leadership role in their preparation
  • Ability to facilitate general client meetings with supervisor oversight
  • Work with Project Management to provide accurate and timely product forecasts – while seeking supervisor’s input on critical situations or changes
  • Ensure that team members know and follow established agency account procedures, including but not limited to, account files, approval process, and status reports.
  • Develop presentations to sell recommendations to client(s)
  • Conduct regular meetings with account group team to discuss client issues, opportunities and work in progress
  • Supervise and motivate account group team to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
  • Coach and develop direct report(s) by creating individual development plans, providing on the job learning
  • Support and/or lead team or agency initiatives as assigned
  • Capable of handling challenging client situations (with oversight) and providing guidance to junior staff and direct reports. Ensure situations are escalated appropriately and in a timely fashion to supervisor
  • Recommend sound business initiatives pertaining to the product and markets that enhances sales and marketing objectives while enforcing the agency’s image as a vital resource to the product team
  • Oversee the strategic and executional quality of all client materials

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, advertising, marketing, communications or science/medicine major

  • Five to seven years previous experience in medical marketing or agency experience, with two-three years’ experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or medical device. 

  • Previous experience managing one or more direct reports is preferred 

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills 

  • Solid business writing skills 

  • Comfortable with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook), navigating file sharing platforms (Box) and instant communication platforms (Zoom, Slack, etc.) 

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (ChatGPT, Google Analytics, social media channels, etc.)
