We are looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager


Compensation  $120,000 - $137,500 CAD salary, employee equity plan grant & world-class benefits.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our Aftersell’s marketing team. The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth. The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented, with a proven track record of success in B2B demand generation.

About the role


  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to increase "closed-won" Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across multiple channels including digital, email, social media, events, affiliate marketing, and more.
  • Own CRM platforms to build and optimize lead nurturing workflows, segmentation strategies, and personalized customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and priorities, and ensure seamless handoff of leads from marketing to sales.
  • Analyze and interpret data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation and digital marketing, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally with product marketing, content marketing, and creative teams to develop compelling messaging, content, and creative assets that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and affiliates to execute demand-generation initiatives and maximize reach and impact.

Requirements


About you:


  • 5-7 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving measurable results and achieving revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms HubSpot and lead-flow management systems required
  • Extensive analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting on Hubspot to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and delivering ROI on marketing investments.
